Sara Lee, a former NXT champion and 2015 WWE Tough Enough winner, went tragically suddenly a few hours ago at the age of 30.
Several sources claimed that the deceased was the former NXT champion Sara Lee after WWE Star Braun Strowman said on Twitter that the wife of one of his closest friends had passed away. On her Facebook page, Lee’s mother announced the news and pleaded with friends and family to respect their family’s grief while also remembering Lee’s husband and kids in their prayers.
In 2015, Lee was one of the most well-liked Tough Enough competitors. Due to her brief WWE tenure, fans might not recall much about her.

5. Wesley Blake, a former WWE Superstar, was married to Sara Lee.
Sara Lee and Wesley Blake met at the WWE Performance Center while working out together. Later, the two started getting along and dating.
Blake recalls seeing Lee for the first time on tv when she appeared on Tough Enough in an interview with Chris Van Vliet. She was the most stunning woman he had ever seen, he declared.
After a few years of dating, the pair was married in December 2017. In December of last year, Lee sent Blake a touching Instagram message in honour of their fourth wedding anniversary.
In honour of Lee’s birthday in June of last year, Blake also wrote her an emotional Instagram message in which he referred to her as his “better, more beautiful half, and love of my life.” She was described by the 35-year-old as “a true angel on earth.”
4. Sara Lee had three kids.
In May 2017, just a few months before getting married to Wesley Blake, the couple had their first child, Piper. They welcomed Brady, their second child, around two years later.
The 2015 Tough Enough Winner welcomed her third kid in July 2021. She then uploaded a picture of her infant son to Instagram.
On Instagram, Lee frequently shared pictures of herself and her kids. She last uploaded a family photo to her followers on July 27.
3. Sara Lee worked for WWE for just one year.
Sara Lee received a one-year WWE developmental contract after taking first place in the 2015 Tough Enough competition. She subsequently reported to the Performance Center in preparation for her live show NXT debut in January 2016.
Lee participated in just eight NXT matches the next year, all of which were held live. The previous Tough Enough champion never competed in a televised match. Her tenure with WWE came to an end in September 2016 when she departed the business when her contract expired.
The former NXT standout left the wrestling industry after her departure.
2. Sara Lee recently attended the wedding of Alexa Bliss.
Former RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss wed guitarist Ryan Cabrera earlier this year. The Miz, Maryse, Nia Jax, and Braun Strowman were among the former and present WWE Superstars who attended the nuptials.
Sara Lee was one of the former wrestlers present during the gathering. Later, she shared a picture of the bride and groom with herself, her husband, and their family on Instagram.
In addition, the former NXT star posed for pictures alongside Nia Jax, Athena (also known as Ember Moon), and Nikki A.S.H., with whom she appeared to be friendly.

Sara Lee last shared a picture of herself on Instagram two days ago, after being inactive for almost a month. She acknowledged that she had a sinus infection.
The former Tough Enough champion claimed that she was finally fit enough to work out two days in a row in the caption of the picture.
Lee frequently shared on social media fitness videos. She also uploaded several pictures showcasing her development.
