According to property records, the 33-year-old pop musician and entrepreneur paid $10 million for a 5,000 square foot home in Beverly Hills, California, at the end of March. The recently renovated, 8,000 square foot residence she paid $13.75 million house for at the end of last year is right next door to the Tudor-style home. With a net worth of $600 million, Rihanna has made herself the richest female musician in the world thanks to her Rihanna fashion cosmetics and clothing lines.

Both homes, which are situated in the upscale Beverly Hills Post Office district, were bought through trusts. According to public documents on PropertyShark, Evan Jehle is identified as a trustee on the deeds for the two transactions. Jehle is a partner at the New York-based business management firm FFO and a member of Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation’s Global Advisory Board. A comment from Mr. Jehle was not immediately available.
Investor Daniel Starr completely renovated the star’s first home (Rihanna House), a white mansion with a seamed black roof that gives it a modern farmhouse appearance. Starr bought the estate in 2016 for $4.3 million in a deal that was documented on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing.” White wood floors, many fireplaces, an open indoor/outdoor floor arrangement, and high hedges to block prying eyes are now present.
